Speakers Bureau Service

The Oak Lawn Public Library Speakers Bureau Service offers clubs and organizations a way to find speakers and speakers a way to make their services known to such groups. The library has compiled a Speakers Bureau Service List with a wide variety of topics for audiences of all ages and backgrounds. The library does not act as an agent for any of the participants, who may or may not charge a fee. All speaking arrangements and financial agreements must be made between the speaker and the hiring group. Speakers are added to the list as they are submitted. The Speakers Bureau Service List is reviewed and revised every two years.

If you have any questions or concerns, contact the library's Public Relations Office, 708-422-4990.

How to Get Your Name on the List

Speakers are added to the list as they are submitted.  To get on the list, you may print out a PDF version of the Speakers Bureau Service Sign Up Form or call the library, 708-422-4990, and and ask for the Public Relations Office. Then, complete the form and return it to the Reception Booth, first floor, or send it to the library via US mail, Attn: Public Relations Office. Speakers may also send additional background or promotional materials.
